What / Who is Cine-COMM?
Cine-Comm Inc. was founded in 2021 by Simon Jayes and Eduardo Eguia who both have a long history in the Film & TV Industry.
Simon and Eduardo, both as a working film crew, frequently had to wear multiple communication devices at once that often became a hinderance rather than an aid.
Upon testing the RIEDEL Bolero system, Simon and Eduardo realized that this technology was the remedy to a more efficient and reliable future.
Due to their experience with equipment rental and manufacturing within the entertainment industry, Simon and Eduardo were able to see the potential of the RIEDEL Bolero Wireless Intercom if properly integrated with the current film set systems and practices…
By combining their extensive Industry experience and technical know-how, Cine-Comm Inc. was born to provide state-of-the-art communication systems to the filmmaking community.
Due to their close working relationship with RIEDEL Communications, and their unique market knowledge, it became an obvious next-step for Cine-Comm to also become an Authorized Dealer for these impressive and groundbreaking products.

Our systems’ backbone utilizes RIEDEL’s remarkable Bolero technology.

- ADR (Advanced DECT Receiver)

Why rent from Cine-COMM?
Film making is communication and over the years the way we communicate with each other has evolved.
In its day, the Megaphone was a breakthrough. Walkie Talkies revolutionized person to person communication, and traditional intercom systems have given us Department, inter-Department and Unit-wide communications…. but at a price.
The more people you keep in the loop and keep in communication, the better, but with everyone chattering away “audio overload” is a real problem. Concentrating on the job in hand, people naturally tune out the audio they don’t need to hear and this ‘tuning out’ all too often leads to missed cues, missed last-minute requests, and frequent misunderstandings.
Cine-COMM Inc. provides new generation equipment, technology and service that will tackle communication problems in the movie industry for years to come.
